How soon can you start?

Start times depend on the size of the job and the time of year. Smaller repairs and flooring installs start sooner than full remodels. Every estimate includes a start window, and we say up front when we are booked out.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and work under Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration. Documentation is provided before work starts.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, for work that requires them. We confirm whether a permit is needed, file it, and coordinate inspections with the town.
